About the Role
Our Client situated in the Scottish Borders is currently seeking an Office Manager due to a recent promotion within their business.
Salary - £32,000 to £35,000 based on experience
Benefits - 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays / Strong Pension Contribution / Company days out and more!
Hours - 35 hours a week
Role Responsibilities -
- Oversight of day-to-day operations of the office
- Leading the Office Team
- Administrative support
- Schedule office meetings
- Lead, train and supervise staff
- Analyse operational data and reports to identify trends and implement strategic improvements in office efficiency
- Sales and servicing of customers when required
- Ensuring compliance in line with FCA Regulatory and company's requirements
Skills & Experience required -
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Be willing to learn and be enthusiastic
- Proven experience of managing a team is essential
- Strong IT skills and ideally Microsoft systems.
- Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement
