Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager to join our clients team in the Scottish Borders.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working within a Site Manager role or similar, gained within the house building industry.

We are looking for someone who can motivate and manage a site team. Has excellent communication skills, a logical and systematic approach and driven by their own high standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities -

• You will coordinate all on-site labour activities and will be responsible for driving your site completion on schedule.
• You will be responsible for effectively managing sub-contractors.
• You will be responsible for managing building materials.
• Maintain Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
